One of the technological advances used in the health sector is the Expert System or expert system. Expert systems are widely used in the health sector. Humans are not the only living things that need health services, there are other living things that also live side by side with humans, cats are one of them. However, many cat owners are not aware of the symptoms experienced by cats when they are sick. However, currently there are not many clinics or pet care, so outside the veterinary clinic, cat owners will find it difficult to check their cats. With a certainty factor approach. Certainty factor is a method for solving uncertain problems such as symptoms in sick cats. So, we need an expert system that can diagnose the symptoms seen by cats in cat diseases.
