The objective of the research is to find out students’ perceptions toward the application that is used in the classroom that has function to establish a quiz in electronic way, namely Kahoot. Kahoot is an online applications and web browsing that enable all students for quiz. The instruments that are used for this study are questionnaire and interview. This study is conducted to the first semester students of the academic year 2021/2022 in English department in Universitas Bandar Lampung. The finding shows that students have positive perceptions towards Kahoot. They perceive that there are several benefits from the use of Kahoot. Those benefits that they feel such as by using Kahoot make them motivated and enthusiastic in learning. Besides, they claim that their score will be better if they use Kahoot. In addition, the results of this study are divided into three categories, internal factors, external factors, and types of perception. Internal factors are divided into motivation, interests, needs, and assumptions. From internal factors themselves, they assume that Kahoot can motivate and help them achieve their goal of increasing vocabulary. External factors are also divided into four, namely concreteness, novelty, velocity, and conditioned stimuli. From this factor, they feel more responsive and focused in their surroundings. As for the type of perception itself, it explains the advantages and disadvantages of Kahoot itself.
