Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine teaching strategies using E-Learning from prospective teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. As students who are indeed majoring in education, they will certainly become prospective teachers. And as a prospective teacher, you must have a teaching strategy so that when you become a teacher, you will be able to prepare teaching well. And at universities, there will usually be an internship to teach in schools in order to train students' mental and readiness to become teachers. However, because the conditions are currently in the COVID-19 pandemic, it will be a challenge for students who do internships. The teaching strategy, of course, will be very different because students are at home and have to do school online. Therefore, I will examine the teaching strategies of prospective teachers in English classrooms using E-Learning. Because E-Learning is an effective and fast communication medium in delivering material in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research will be conducted on the 7th semester students of the English Department at the University of Bandar Lampung. The results of the study show that prospective teachers have the right teaching strategy in using E-learning based on 4 English skills, namely speaking, writing, reading and listening.
