Abstract

How The Praat application analyzes the voice command spectrum in teenagers supporting learning of English as a foreign language in the classroom during the covid-19 pandemic at Eleventh students SMA Gajah Mada The researcher feels that this school is unique and the best Because it was using learning Ganjil-genap learning systems This research used quasi-experimental. There were two groups in this proposed study: (1) experimental group and (2) native. Both groups underwent pre-testing to confirm their existing level of pronunciation skills Treatment was performed only in an experimental study group. As part of the treatment, students in the experimental group were introduced to Praat and learned the basics of the program Students learn English as foreigners and Indonesian as a native language, but sometimes they may find some problems with pronunciation. Researchers describe the strategy used by SMA GAJAH MADA students to learn that Praat can analyze the voice command spectrum of teenagers who support learning English as a foreign language in the classroom during Govid-19 pandemic the EFL intonation production of students the native BBC learn English, those of the experimental group showed significant development in EFL intonation production. During the implementation, students of the experimental group expressed concerns about technical problems and frustration when use Praat in the end students had become more familiar with the display of Praat and gained various benefits from using it.
